Client Projects & Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final website, content, designs, and other custom deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

ALZA retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable systems, methods, templates, tools, processes, and technology used to create or deliver the work.

Third-party software, platforms, fonts, images, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

Results

ALZA builds digital solutions designed to improve visibility, credibility, customer acquisition, conversion, and business growth. However, results depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI recommendations, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, approvals, access credentials, and materials required to complete their project. Clients must have the right to use any materials they provide to ALZA.

Third-Party Services

ALZA may use or integrate third-party services such as hosting, domains, Google services, analytics, email, automation platforms, and other business tools. ALZA is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, policies, or performance of third-party providers.

Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ALZA may display completed work, screenshots, and publicly available project materials in its portfolio and marketing to demonstrate its services. Client trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
